On June 26, 2015, RealDolmen NV/SA received a transparency declaration from Petercam NV/SA and Petercam IAM NV/SA, that as of March 23, 2015 Petercam IAM NV/SA resumed voting rights previously assigned to Petercam NV/SA, as a consequence of which it holds 8.17% of all voting rights.
