RealDolmen NV announces that it has acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Alfea Consulting Belgium on 28 November 2012.
Alfea is a 50 people company with a revenue of approximately €4,5m. The Mons-based company provides solutions and services around BI, ECM and ERP. The acquisition of Alfea fits within RealDolmen’s strategy to further develop its single source offering within the Walloon region. So far, RealDolmen Wallonie was mainly active in Infrastructure Services and Application Development. With the acquisition of Alfea, Business Solutions will now also be part of RealDolmen’s portfolio in Wallonia. The combination of Alfea and RealDolmen creates a Walloon entity of over 80 professionals capable of addressing the local market with a full scope offering.
Additionally, the know-how of Alfea has spread beyond Wallonia and will also benefit RealDolmen clients in Brussels, Flanders and even Luxembourg with new skills added to the portfolio of the whole Group. Being a RealDolmen client will now give access to an even broader range of skills and technology services. For the current Alfea clients, becoming a RealDolmen client will give access to natural extensions of the services provided so far ; to name a few: Managed Services, Cloud or Infrastructure Services.
