Being able to work together at a high level is often the key to success. It also gives us the opportunity to take on more and more complex projects. For example, we're managing an increasing number of Atlassian tools for our customers. While they are highly satisfied with the Atlassian tools, they often do not have the knowledge and/or time to use them to their full potential. By managing these tools and working together with the customer to examine how to use them more efficiently and effectively, we can relieve the burden on them. This leaves them more time to focus on their core activities.
