As the IT tools used by organizations change constantly, every information worker must learn to work with new tools on occasion.
Our range of training options focuses mainly on the various Microsoft Office and O365 tools. We also offer OpenOffice and Google courses.

Our range of training courses for IT staff is extensive:

  • Microsoft Servers, Azure and M365
  • Methodology training such as ITIL, Agile, SCRUM, Prince2, etc.

Formulas

ILT

ILT or Instructor Led Training involves IT training in a traditional classroom-based format. Our trainers offer a highly interactive program that alternates dynamically between theory and practice.

Training is available on-site or at one of Realdolmen's classrooms in Huizingen, Kontich or Ghent.

VILT

VILT or Virtual Instructor Led Training is the virtual version of classroom-based training. This type of training course is presented online using MS Teams or another tool, allowing participants to attend classes from home.
As in other training versions, we provide as much interaction as possible as we alternate between theory and practical exercises.

E-Learning

We also design custom e-learning courses. These can be useful for custom software, or for brief modules with infrequent changes in content. These brief modules are ideal for use in the onboarding process, or for general topics relevant to the entire organization. Examples:

  • How do I request leave?
  • How do I find things in SharePoint?
  • How do I set up my out-of-office reply?

Coaching

Individual programs or coaching can be interesting, as it allows a single employee to master specific skills quickly or be brought up to a certain level in order to attend classroom-based training or an educational program.

Q&A

A trainer will pay a visit to answer specific questions about various Office tools. Each participant is assigned a specific time slot. This service can naturally also be provided online.

Floorwalking

Our trainer sees the employees in turn at their work to check whether they have any questions concerning the use of the various IT tools. This option is often selected following software migrations and implementations.

Training programs

We work with you to design specific training programs to fit a specific target audience. Examples:

  • Retraining mainframe programmers for Java
  • MS Office program for employees who never needed a computer before

Change management

Adopting a new tool or switching to a new program involves change. To achieve optimum added value, the users have to support the change. Change management plays an important role.

We offer training courses on various topics and in different formats year round. You can register for these fixed courses individually. Prefer to receive a custom proposal? We also offer intra-company training courses, any element of which can be adapted to suit your needs (content, language, location, etc.).
