In his new role as Operations Director, Tim Lemmens will be responsible for further streamlining Inetum Belgium’s operational activities and optimizing its operational models and processes. He will also roll out the 'right-shoring' strategy, whereby Inetum offers different delivery models to its customers thanks to an on/offshore delivery model and GenAI industrialization. This allows customers to realize as many of their IT projects as quickly as possible.
Working closely with the management team, Tim Leemans will oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including service delivery, project management, resource allocation and supplier management. He leads and coaches cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation.
The appointment of the new Operations Director demonstrates Inetum's commitment to accelerate its transformation and focus on its strategic ambition to become the European leader in its sector.
