RealDolmen in exclusive negotations with Gfi Informatique to sell French subsidiary Airial Conseil

RealDolmen announces today that it is in exclusive negotiation to sell its French subsidiary Airial Conseil S.A.S. to Gfi Informatique S.A., one of the leading IT services companies in France. Social information and consultation with employee representatives has started and the usual financial and contractual documentation will have to be prepared for the parties to reach a final agreement.
