RealDolmen again confirmed as top player for IT outsourcing in BeLux

Research agency Whitelane has published the results of their 2013 survey of how satisfied Belgian and Luxembourg companies are with the quality of their outsourcing partners in the following areas: Application Development & Maintenance outsourcing, Data center outsourcing and Workplace & Helpdesk outsourcing. The survey queried over 200 companies and their CIOs about a wide range of aspects, including proactivity, account management, project management, cost-savings, business knowledge, speed and relationship.

The survey ranked RealDolmen in the top three with a score of 79% for customer satisfaction from their outsourcing customers. The surveyed CIOs thereby confirm that RealDolmen is a top player for IT outsourcing.
