Real Software increases share capital to complete its tender for Dolmen and holds its annual meeting

Kontich, March 25, 2008. Today, the Board of Directors resolved, in the framework of the authorized capital, to increase the share capital of Real Software NV with €11,775,087.34 (including the issuance premium), through contribution in kind of all the Dolmen Computer Applications NV shares that were tendered during the public tender for Dolmen with issuance of 187,441,696 shares at an issuance price equal to €0.29 per share.
