Our ambition stretches further than simply ensuring ICT systems keep running smoothly, however. Carefully matching the right services with customer requirements enables us to help develop unique solutions that strengthen your competitive position. Flexibility is also extremely important; the customer decides which services they want at what level. Some customers simply need a fast response to requests, while others want us to work together with them on knowledge management, continuity planning, managed staffing or even project governance. We work together with the customer to develop the service model required.
A single point of contact
There are two important people at Realdolmen: our customers and our employees. Our organisation and working method is fully modelled on them. Staffing activities used to be run from various divisions, but now everything is included in a single group: Professional Services. This makes everything much more transparent and easier for the customer. One of the biggest developments in Professional Services is that every customer now has a SPOC – a single point of contact. The SPOC ensures the end-to-end processing and interpretation of the sourcing questions from their customer.
Fully focussed on the best match
Our years of experience have taught us that, alongside the absolutely essential hard skills, your employees’ soft skills cannot be neglected. That’s why we at Realdolmen have created our central matching and resourcing cell, to centralise all the necessary information: skills and availabilities, but also personal preferences. This means we can focus all our attention on finding the best matches, regardless of where the skills are – internal or external. Every year Realdolmen invests in promising, recently graduated ICT professionals in the framework of the acADDemICT Junior Track. These young talents follow an intensive training period to prepare for life as a professional ICT consultant after being selected in an intensive and strict screening process, which picks out the candidates who can clearly demonstrate they have the right qualities and technical skills. Anyone who successfully completes the acADDemICT Track is then perfectly capable of joining a more experienced colleague to develop their career further.
