Previously 'APM Delivery Competency'
The concept of observability is rapidly gaining momentum as organizations accelerate their digital transformation strategies. In recognition of this development, Dynatrace changed the name of their 'APM Delivery Competency' partner status to 'Intelligent Observability Competency'. The only thing that has changed is the name - all the requirements and values that go with it remain the same.
“Hot on the heels of the launch of its Cloud Partner Competency Program, we are delighted to announce that our Belgium based partner, Inetum-Realdolmen, has become the first partner to achieve the Dynatrace Intelligent Observability Competency status. It’s a testament to their commitment and investment to achieve in-depth technical certification and real-world experience to deliver outstanding customer success,” said Michael Allen, VP Global Partners at Dynatrace. “Inetum-Realdolmen’s Intelligent Observability Competency assures their enterprise customers that their chosen partner is proficient and primed to deliver the services that will transform, modernize and innovate their business.”
The largest number of certified Dynatrace experts
Dynatrace’s new partner competence program recognizes and promotes partners who are girding themselves with advanced technical knowledge in the form of Dynatrace University ‘Professional’ certifications, combined with Dynatrace validated customer implementations. In other words, this is a label that is not handed out to just anyone, and is an achievement we can rightly be proud of. It goes without saying that the fact that our in-house team includes the greatest number of professionally certified Dynatrace experts in Benelux and surrounding regions did not happen by accident. Rather, it is the result of strategic investment in people and expertise. All of which is to the benefit of our customers.
