Employee Centricity
As an employer we'd like people to enjoy their work, we want a strong team both personally and professionally. We investigated why people would want to (continue to) work for Realdolmen and using all that input, created Realdolmen's Employee Centricity (EC) vision and infographic. In combination, these form a single clear, inspiring, integrated EC framework showing how Realdolmen puts our employees first. It is composed of both mental and visual aspects, based on six EC building blocks adapted to fit our own, unique R (a.k.a. our logo). An approach which clearly hasn't gone unnoticed.
Change Is the Only Constant
Our logo and its building blocks are alive with vitality. To effectively implement our EC framework in practice, we continue to work on it every day, both during our daily operations and in currently ongoing, specific EC projects and work groups. Our transformation isn't a project with a clear-cut conclusion, but a process. After all, in this rapidly changing world, change is the only constant. Change we go through together, to continuously improve ourselves and make each other stronger as we do so.
In addition to this acknowledgment of our Employee Centricity framework, our transformation itself has won multiple awards, including VONK, FEIEA, and as a nominee for the previous edition of the Belgian HR Award for Internal Communication.
