Advisory Board
One of the formats we use for this is the Advisory Board. The Board brings together a number of reference clients from different sectors once a year to gather their views. They make various proposals based on current requirements as to their IT landscape. Based on this feedback, our solutions continue to grow in terms of functionality and user-friendliness.
At the end of 2018 we organized one of these Advisory Board meetings for Rimses. We explained where we wish to go with our maintenance software, both in the short term and in the future, to ten customers from different sectors. When developing a new version, we always listen carefully to our customers' opinions. They are given the opportunity to provide feedback, as useful information from the field ensures a perfect match between our solution and real life usage. We are open to any adjustments and changes that allow us to realize our joint ambition, tailored to the specific customer.
