The get-together was called Café d'Amour: a tantalizing theme that whet people's curiosity from the time registration was open for the event. Love is unpredictable, as was the anticipated interpretation of the evening, it turned out. And on January 25, 2018 it all came to fruition. The guests were ushered in through a lighted heart, where they were surprised by a fortune teller and were given a ticket for a ride in the loveRcoaster or for a speed date. They could also leave a message on the message wall in exchange for a well-deserved compliment. It never hurts to voice appreciation.

The whole idea of a Realdolmen Café is to have an organization for employees, created by employees. We are happy to foster initiatives where, by way of enthusiastic, personal contributions, employees come together to create something beneficial for Realdolmen as a whole. This approach also appears to be successful one; everyone had a good time.

Unknown, unloved. Getting to know each other adds quite a bit to a company's dynamic. You grow in the light that others shine on you. During the Café d'Amour, all sorts of lights went on. Friendship within Realdolmen will hopefully continue for a long time to come.
