With the Realdolmen DaaS program, we can now offer hardware solutions on the basis of monthly invoicing. No more heavy investments to be paid up-front, instead you receive a simple invoice for the costs each month. In addition, the program will compile the latest Microsoft Office 365 version with additional services such as installation, migration, training and a helpdesk. The DaaS program from Realdolmen has been built to relieve your organization as much as possible. Depending on the required level of service, you can opt for DaaS Light, DaaS Medium or DaaS Premium. The contract has a duration of two years. During that period, our IT experts are completely at your disposal. That is our service guarantee.

You always have up-to-date hardware. The devices we provide you ensure you have the power and mobility you need to perform your job efficiently. As they are covered by a two year contract, you will, in case of a potential renewal, always dispose of brand new and up-to-date equipment. This enables you to keep up with the latest technology. In addition to the device itself, we also provide the required services for the hardware:

  • Mobile Device Management: if your device is lost or stolen, Realdolmen can remotely block or wipe the device. In this way you can be sure that no critical company information is lost or stolen.
  • Next Business Day Replacement: in the event of device failure, Realdolmen provides a "next business day" replacement service so that you always have a working device.

A complete cloud solution with extensive functionality:

Realdolmen provides a professional antivirus solution on your device, so that you dispose also of the necessary security in that field.

Set-up and migration

No need to worry about setting up the new environment. We make sure that you are quickly up and running. You can count on us for hassle-free, comprehensive service for:

  • Set-up of the full Office365 environment
  • Migration of existing mailboxes to the cloud
  • Migration of local data to OneDrive

Support

New tools often come with new questions. We therefore provide the necessary support. Any problems with the applications, or maybe you have questions? You have access to the Realdolmen Service line where our employees can provide you with telephone support. This service desk is available from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Training

We will help you use the software and make sure that you quickly become familiar with the new environment and the added efficiency offered by Office365:

  • 1 day's training on Office365 and the transition to the cloud
  • In groups of maximum 12 people
  • Online documentation that users can use as a reference
