ICT is rapidly becoming more important in the hospital sector. In order to offer the best possible ICT service in a changing context, the ICT department of UZ Gent (Ghent University Hospital) has carried out several projects with Microsoft as the vendor and RealDolmen as the implementation partner. The implementation of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, System Center Operations Manager and System Center Configuration Manager has strengthened the ICT environment at UZ Gent in anticipation of future growth.
