RealDolmen is the best of the Belgian-Luxemburg outsourcing class

KPMG Equaterra has published the results of its yearly customer satisfaction survey, held among companies in Belgium and Luxembourg, to assess the quality of their IT outsourcing partners. This study questions almost 200 companies about various aspects such as quality, SLA compliance, flexibility, innovation and price. RealDolmen obtained a score of 83/100 and comes out as the ultimate outsourcing partner as far as customer satisfaction is concerned.
