The Board of Directors announces today the cooptation of new directors. On 1 July 2013, Pamica NV with permanent representative Michel Akkermans resigned as director because this mandate can no longer be fulfilled in combination with his international responsibilities as CEO of Clear2Pay NV. The Board of Directors thanks M. Akkermans for his commitment during the last four years at RealDolmen.
The Company is very pleased that Inge Buyse and Lieve Mostrey will continue the mandates of Bruno Segers and Michel Akkermans until the date of the annual general shareholders meeting. At the General Meeting of 11 September 2013, they will be nominated as independent directors.
Inge Buyse is Managing Director of Sapa Heat Transfer - Welded Products Worldwide, established at Lichtervelde (Belgium), Remscheid (Germany), Shanghai (China) and Pune (India) and she is Managing Director of Remi Claeys Aluminium SA.
Lieve Mostrey is Chief Technology and Services Officer of Euroclear Group.
The professional experience of these two new directors will reinforce harmoniously the Board of Directors.
