The extraordinary general meeting of 10 February 2009 decided to consolidate by 100 RealDolmen’s shares (« reverse stock split »). These consolidated shares (ISIN BE0003899193) are listed since 1 April 2009 with code REA on the continuous market of NYSE-Euronext Brussels.
Since that same date, the sub-shares of RealDolmen (ISIN BE0003732469) are listed on the “simple fixing” segment of NYSE-Euronext Brussels on a temporary line with code REAT. This temporary listing will be suppressed as of 23 December 2013. The last trading day will be Friday 20 December 2013. As of 23 December, the sub-shares can be traded on the Public Auctions market.
The capital is represented by 5,207,767 actions REA (ISIN BE0003899193).
