Research agency Whitelane has published the results of their 2013 survey of how satisfied Belgian and Luxembourg companies are with the quality of their outsourcing partners in the following areas: Application Development & Maintenance outsourcing, Data center outsourcing and Workplace & Helpdesk outsourcing. The survey queried over 200 companies and their CIOs about a wide range of aspects, including proactivity, account management, project management, cost-savings, business knowledge, speed and relationship.

(Turnover for the 9 months ended 31 December 2012)

• 5,4% year-over-year growth of the third quarter turnover this fiscal year. Services revenue is up by 2,9% while Products revenue is up by 11% compared to last year.
• Year-to-date turnover is still 7% lower compared to last year.

• Half year turnover decreases with 13% mainly as a consequence of lower product turnover compared to a strong volume last year
• Half year REBIT drops to minus €15m, as a consequence of a non-cash impairment on the goodwill of international subsidiaries, one time management restructuring costs and weaker operational performance
• Solid financial structure reflected by a positive net cash situation
• Back to normal for the second semester of the financial year.

RealDolmen – Extraordinary general meeting

An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders gathered on July 2^nd, 2012 during which the required quorum was not obtained.
The same agenda shall be submitted again on July 20^th, 2012 at 17:00h, at which time the general meeting will be able to validly deliberate and decide, regardless of the number of shareholders present.

• Full year Revenue grows with 5,9% to €258,5m
• Full year REBIT grows with 9,8% to €13,6m, improving REBIT margin to 5,3%

9,4% year-over-year growth in total turnover in the first nine months of this fiscal year. Services revenue is up by 6,1% while Products revenue is up by 16,9% compared to last year.
