A warm welcome

Fortunately, I could count on a warm welcome from Nancy and Thomas. Together with the completely marketing team they made sure, I had everything I needed. Everybody was prepared to help me when I had questions.

Not only the marketing team but also other employees gave me advice and their doors were always open for a nice chat.

Learning along the way

During my internship, I learned how to use a CRM-database and how to gain insights in data, how to help organize events and job fairs, how to make marketing campaigns successful and so much more.

I also learned how important collaboration between different departments of a company is. Without the support of for example Facility and Logistics, many of my tasks would have been a lot more difficult to accomplish. There was also close cooperation with the Sales and Recruitment teams. Many voluntary helping hands also ensured that everything went smoothly. Realdolmen is a company were the employees are very involved; this became clear to me very soon. Colleagues appreciated my work, and I appreciated their work. Nobody is shy about letting you know they appreciate your work, which is very motivating.
