It appears from various studies and our experience that the said business needs and priorities can be listed under three heading, namely more growth, better efficiency and improved customer satisfaction.

It is also essential to select the right ICT projects, which can contribute to the implementation of the said three business needs. This can only happen by agreement between the business and ICT and we will therefore take care at all times that in implementing ICT solutions, added value always results.
