If you dispose of a maintenance contract, you can contact the service desk, the Rimses helpdesk or the Fimacs helpdesk to obtain:
- a detailed description of the new functions
- the hardware and software specifications for Rimses 5.5
- the software upgrade to Rimses 5.5.
The maintenance contract supports the current version and the previous version of the Rimses and/or Fimacs software. If you are using version 5.3 or an older version of the Rimses and/or Fimacs software, any bug fixes will not be supplied anymore under this maintenance contract.
